Return & Refund Policy
What can be returned, in what condition, and by when.
Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services.
Return window
Our returns period lasts 14 days from the day you receive your item. Once 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a refund, an item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.
Personalised items
Items that have been made or personalised for you are non-refundable unless defective. Engraving, embroidery and printing cannot be undone, so please confirm spelling, artwork and quantities carefully before you approve a job.
How to return an item
Email us at sales@rodriguezengraving.com and we will send you the return address. Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we will email to confirm we have received it and let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Return shipping
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Where a refund is issued for any reason other than a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
