The terms we work to, and what we need from you.
These terms cover your use of rodriguezengraving.com and the work we do for you. Using this website means you accept them. If anything here is unclear, call the shop before you order.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are based on the artwork, materials, quantity and deadline you give us. If any of those change, the price may change — we will tell you before we proceed. An order is confirmed once you have approved the details and, where applicable, paid the deposit.
Deposits and payment
We require a deposit on order. Payment in full is due at the time of pick-up or before shipping. We accept cash, cheque, the four major credit cards, PayPal and Cash App.
Artwork
For engraving and screen printing we need vector artwork — EPS, WMF, AI, CDR or PDF. We cannot work from BMP, JPG, TIFF or GIF files; a picture is not artwork. If we have to convert your file into a workable format, there is a charge for that. Screen printing also requires colour separations.
By supplying artwork you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that we may reproduce it on your job.
Proofing and approval
You are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates and layout before you approve a job. Once an item has been engraved, embroidered or printed it cannot be reversed, so approved work is not refundable on the basis of an error in the copy you supplied.
Customer-supplied items
We are glad to work on items you bring in. Every job is set up carefully and we will tell you honestly if we think a piece is a risk before we start, but engraving on customer property is undertaken at the owner's risk and we cannot replace items we did not supply.
Lead times
For large orders we ask for at least two weeks, since product may need to be ordered in. Same-day work is often possible on smaller jobs — call first to check.
Returns
Refunds are covered by our return and refund policy. Shipping and delivery terms are set out in our merchant policies.
Privacy
How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
